Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final. Once an order has been confirmed and processed, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference. However, exchanges may be offered in accordance with our exchange policy and subject to product availability.


However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from the product you ordered, we are here to help. Please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide your order number along with clear photos of the item and its packaging. Our team will carefully review your request and, if the issue is confirmed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.


To ensure a smooth review process, claims submitted after the 48-hour notification period may not be eligible for consideration.
